Hey there guys! This is Fitness Library and we’re going to give you a little tour of the new site and also break down what you can expect from us over the next few years. This has been a rocky last few months but we’re finally starting to see calmer waters and are really excited to see what the future holds for us! We’ve been at it furiously compiling the rest of the materials for everyone that’s interested in our Reviews page and should have everything finalized over the next few weeks for everyone and we’re really excited to say that these reviews have been top-notch and are definitely something that we recommend for you to check out. These things have been hand-picked by our editor’s and we’re sure that if you’re interested in the fitness niche this is definitely going to be something that you’re going to want to stick around for.
To give you a little background on myself though I’ve been in the fitness industry for about five years now and have really tried to keep myself as motivated and inspired as possible. It hasn’t been an easy five years but it’s taught me a lot about myself and I think that’s something that still keeps me strong to this day, this is something that I carry with me everywhere and it’s been what’s “molded” me into the person that I am if that makes any sense. Anyways, I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for quite some time now and have always loved writing even as a child so since then I’ve come to form Fitness Library which is celebrating it’s two year anniversary in June and why I’m making all of these updates. These updates have been in order for quite some time now and I think this is something that’s been meaning to happen. I’ve been wanting to add some kind of reviews page to our site for some time now and once I was able to get my hands on the some of the products I jumped at the opportunity and knew this was the right time to take action. I’ve been at it for quite some time since then and I really think this is something that’s going to help improve the overall quality of everyone’s day.
I’ve learned so much about writing and reviews as well and it’s really forced me to detach myself from my work. Giving honest and sober reviews is harder than it sounds and is something I was definitely struggling with along my way. Since then I’ve came far and really am excited to present some of the information that you’re going to be able to see. Below you can find previews of all the reviews that I’m going to be doing for Fitness Library and I think this is something that you’re really going to benefit from checking out. I’ve been doing this for going on three years now online and really wanted to make this something that everyone would benefit from. In addition to my reviews I’ve also created a Downloads page that you check out and download some of the most cutting edge workout routines to your tablet or iphone. This is something that you’re going to be able to take with wherever you go and is going to be something that REALLY helps out in your long-term vision if that is what you’re trying to do.
Long-term health is something that I talk about a lot and is the reason that I made the downloads page for everyone. I think this is something that’s genuinely going to help people out and is something that if done correctly can really lead to a strong and fulfilling life. This is something that you’re really going to have to work hard on but if you can overcome this I’d be really proud to say that you’d be well on your way to living a healthier, happier life.
The first thing that I tell people that they need to look into when developing a long-term health plan is a workout routine this is because this takes the guess work out of your workouts and does something that is proven and is going to work. This doesn’t mean that you can’t change workout routines later down the line but in the beginning it’s good to bootstrap yourself life this and really make the changes that you need to early on. After awhile you’ll begin to implement your own variations of these workouts but in the meantime that’s what Fitness Library is for. Fitness Library is here to help and this is something that we really want to talk to you about. If you’ve got any questions at all about health or fitness or perhaps there’s just something that you’re not sure about we’d be more than happy to help you out with whatever it is you’re having trouble with. We’ve been doing this for quite some time now and really think it’s important to make sure that you’re always paying attention to your health and are doing everything you can to stay active every now and again.
The last thing that I want to talk about is maintaining a proper diet. Diet is important for a number of reasons but you have to imagine yourself as a race-car. Whatever type of fuel you put into the car is going to predict how it runs, this is the same for the food you eat, if you’re not putting good food into your body you’re not going to be able to run at full capacity and this is something that overtime can erode your motivation and do bad things to your mind if you let it. This is something that you’re going to have to nip in the bud early on and is something that I really think you’d be good to watch out for if you’re trying to maintain your health. I know some people that work out just so they can pig out when they get home and that’s fine for them but for ME personally this just isn’t something that I can support.
I decided to do reviews for a number of reasons and really wanted to provide my readers with that “extra level” of content in website and really give them something to sink their teeth in. This was something that I spent a lot of time on and was ultimately something that I knew Fitness Library was destined for. The reviews are about all sorts of different topics and I did this on purpose, I wanted to give everyone a more well-rounded approach to fitness and show everyone just what was out there. I feel as though not enough people get the information that they need about this type of stuff and because of that they don’t the nuggets of GOLDEN INFO that they needed…and this is what Fitness Library is for.

As you can see I spent a lot of time on these reviews and although not all of them are out they will be on the coming weeks. This is something that I wanted to drip-feed to you over the next week or so and really give you some great content over time. This is something you’ll definitely have to keep your eyes peeled about and is something that is sure to help you out in one way or another.
On my downloads page you’re going to be able to find Insanity workout for free and this is something that I’m really proud of. Although it’s technically NOT for free because you have to fill out a survey to get to it this is something that I was really excited to share with you guys. This is something that I really feel is going to blow the lid on all the other workout programs out there and is going to be something that genuinely helps people at the end of the day. If you’ve got any questions about this then please feel free to let me know and I’d be more than happy to explain the process to you.
Because I still need help to pay for the site and cost of hosting etc. I decided to host this exercise series behind several surveys that must be filled out in order to receive your videos for free. This is something that doesn’t take that long to do but when you really think about it this is something that’s going to help you out a ton.
The downloads page took me forever to finish to as I had to find the Insanity series online which took forever but after scouring the web for you guys I finally found it and am happy to host it here on Fitness Library.
Fitness Library is really going to be something special in case you guys didn’t know and I’m really excited to see what the future holds for us as I’m sure we’re only going to continue to see great things in our future. This is something that’s going to take time to understand but if you’ve got to patience I really think you’re going to find that Fitness Library genuinely helps you out. This is my hope at least and is what I’ve spent the last few months trying to realize and understand. This is in reality something that I’ve been working on for several years and only until now have I been able to truly realize Fitness Library’s potential. As time passes I’m going to continue to add on to this site to grow it into something great, several years from now I want to look back and see the great work I did and be proud. This isn’t something that happens overnight and because of that I always like to look back and pay homage to where I’ve come from.
